At Alarah, we boast a diverse team of hairdressers with various different levels of experience and expertise. As such, we have a tiered pricing system to pay respect to each hairdressers achievements, education, experience and dedication.

The team at Alarah Hair Studio all share a unique passion and love for the hair industry.

We pride ourselves on attention to detail, high level education, keeping up with the newest trends and of course always putting our clients needs and satisfactions first. The Alarah team's training and education never ends and we are  always motivated to strive for more. As our team is always growing, we pay respect to those who have higher levels of experience and education, as we also allow our newest members to grow, as such our tier levels are a great indication of accolades, experience and knowledge …

Master

Masters at Alarah are the brave and daring. The ones who have simply devoted all their time and efforts to expanding their knowledge to the highest degree. They set out and returned with a qualification as a master colour expert from Wella, a degree which is not easily obtained as it is the highest accomplishment within our industry which shows true passion and dedication towards their craft. Those who are appointed as masters within our team, have an artistic and unique range of knowledge and creative colouring and styling.

Director

Our directors at Alarah boast a huge level of experience. With no less than a minimum of 15 years in the industry. Our directors play a huge role in the growth and creative direction of our junior staff. They oversee all aspects of the salons performance and creatively and all have their own unique touch.

Senior

Our senior staff, what a talented bunch!

Having completed their education, our seniors are well trained and experienced with the utmost respect for our salon standard. They are on the floor, trusted and respected by all. They continue to grow their knowledge and skill and play a huge role within our team.

Emerging Stylist

Our Emerging Stylists are our up and coming junior talents who offer a limited range of services at a reduced price. All emerging stylists are overseen by principal and advanced staff members and all emerging stylists must complete in house assessments before servicing our clients.

*Colour correction or removal is an intricate process that requires extensive and detailed training. As Wella trained colourists, at Alarah we only provide colour corrective services by our Advanced and Senior Colourists. Colour removal or corrective services vary in time depending on desired result and condition of hair. We will provide a thorough consultation and quote before commencing any of these services.
Premium colour services from $30
Toners are an addition to services if needed toners range from $55-$75
* What is a premium colour? A premium colour refers to a more advanced technique, or a product at a higher cost. Our premium colour services include all of the following services and products - Wella Ilumina Colour, Balayage, Ombre & Zone Toning
In house Spa Treatments
K18 treatment $35.
Our most popular of all Our treatments, restoring and repairing your hair from the inside out. K18 contains peptides that stimulates hair growth, the results are incredible.
Systems professionals treatments from $35.
Our high end treatment range designed to rehydrate, restore and leave your hair feeling shiny and new, what ever your hair is lacking our systems range has you covered.
Wella masks from $30.
Wella mask are our great day in day out spa treatment, a wide range of mask to complement your hair in many ways, classy and affordable.
WellaPlex (includes take home maintenance to be used weekly as per manufactures instructions)
Wellaplex service $60 option for take home package $110
Cezanne smoothing treatment from $400
Want to tame frizzy, unruly hair? Cezanne’s Classic Smoothing Treatment smooths all hair types, including straight, wavy, textured and curly hair. Unlike other keratin smoothing treatments, ours is free of formaldehyde and harsh chemicals, requires no downtime and gives you endless styling options.

Salon Policies

Before commencing any work, a consultation and quote will be done to ensure satisfaction between price and service

All pricing is in AUD and includes GST, prices may be subject to change

24 hour cancellation policies are a standard amongst all work fields, if you make an appointment and cancel with unsatisfactory notice this will endure a fee

Due to the unfortunate event of Illness or Covid related circumstances, Alarah still hold the right to cancellation fees

All appointments are sent a reminder 72hours prior to service. Alarah reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments

As our upmost care is taken, Alarah hold no responsibility to lost, damaged or stolen garments and property within our salon.

Alarah studio will not compensate or refund for a change of mind.

Alarah studio do not refund on any services that have been carried out, unsatisfactory work will be amended by us.

Any bookings made outside of our standard hours will incur a surcharge.

PLEASE NOTE: Your service bill will include a small green fee of just $3.50 (for less than the price of a cup of coffee). 95% of the resources used during your services will be diverted from landfill and sent to recycling, thanks to our partnership with Sustainable Salons.
